Hi. I'm Nina.

I’m a writer, strategist and visual storyteller based in San Antonio, Texas, with a particular fondness for food, hospitality, and the people who make places worth knowing.

I’ve spent my career telling stories from different sides of the table—behind the bar, inside newsrooms, alongside chefs and restaurateurs, and now helping brands figure out what they want to say and how they want to show up. Along the way, I’ve written about countless meals, built campaigns, shaped brands, chased stories (then photographed the people behind them) and learned that the most interesting part is rarely the thing sitting right in front of you.

It’s the story behind it.

That curiosity is the thread through everything I do. Sometimes the story becomes an article. Sometimes it’s a brand campaign, a photograph, or the tiny detail that makes someone stop scrolling long enough to care.

Whatever the medium, I’m interested in work that feels human, specific, and worth paying attention to.
